Nearly every conference requires audio and lighting equipment.

Professional sound systems ensure uniform sound coverage throughout your venue while special lightning illuminates the presenters and speakers without creating any shades and blind spots.

At the same time, they transform the room by harmonizing it with the style of your conference.

Conference Systems

When you participate in a Conference, it is important to listen and understand the other participants.

Our Conference System supports up to 1,000 microphones and thanks to the latest technology, we can provide you with optimal sound quality.

It also works perfectly with our cameras’ Auto Tracking System.

Ledwall screens / Video Projection systems

Our projectors have a wide range of applications. It is the easiest way to communicate a presentation, a video or a text message to a large number of people. Our projectors vary between 5,000 ANSI lumens and 20,000 ANSI lumens.
Our company also offers different projection screen sizes that can be used for front and rear projection, depending on your needs.

There are cases where a projection screen is not enough for a large venue, or you simply need smaller equipment if not too many people are attending your presentation.

You may also need to project something during the day in the open air, where even the largest projectors will not be luminous enough. In these cases, our company’s Ledwall screens are the best choice to impress your audience.

SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETING

What is the interpreting system and how does it work?

The speaker speaks in his/her language while the interpreters perform simultaneous interpreting in the language(s) of your choice. The participants can select the right channel on their receiver and listen to the language they have chosen.

In order for the system to function, the following conditions shall apply:

  • Interpreters
  • Microphone Installation (speakers, console, microphones)
  • Conference System Central Unit
  • Interpreters’ cabin(s) and consoles
  • Translation receivers and headphones

(After the installation of the aforementioned equipment, we are ready.)

What do I need to know before I ask for an interpretation system rental offer?

In order to give you an exact offer, we need to know the following:

  • Where the event will take place
  • The date the event will be held, as well as its duration
  • Whether there is a Microphone System installation in the venue
  • The languages to be interpreted
  • The number of the receivers you will need

Tour guide / Bidule

A portable system with headphones, necessary in every guided tour for groups with over 15 people. Our company can supply you with guided tour systems no matter the number of the people in the group, as it has the largest number of portable guided tour systems in Greece and in Cyprus counting more than 1,200 guided tour receivers.

The tour guide system, or alternatively “bidule”, consists of a microphone connected to a transmitter for the tour guide and the receivers with the headphones for the visitors.
Independently of the size of the group of visitors, the tour guide does not have to shout and the visitors can hear everything very clearly within a long distance and without having to be constantly next to the tour guide.

This system can be also used as a translation system for small numbers of people or in small venues for events lasting no longer than 1.5 hours.
