  2. The challenge

A government event inside a landmark venue — zero room for error.

At the Acropolis Museum restaurant, technical presence has to feel discreet yet commanding. Protocol is enforced strictly and the production must run flawlessly from the first minute to the last.

On top of that, the presence of top political leadership and the multi-camera live feed demanded absolute stability across video, audio and broadcast — while staying accessible in Greek Sign Language and media-ready for the news crews.

  3. Technical delivery

    How CONEQ Hellas delivered

    1. 01 · 3D planning

Technical brief & simulation before install

Preparation was anchored in 3D planning so that the placement of stage, screens and cameras was mapped out precisely before any rigging on site.

The study guaranteed the optimal visual result and matched the equipment footprint to the Acropolis Museum's distinctive architecture.

    2. 02 · Visuals & scenery

      High-fidelity picture & clean scenery

Main LED wall: an 8m x 2.5m P1.9 install for crystal-clear content readability and a camera-friendly look on broadcast.

LED posters: two P1.9 LED posters reinforcing the digital branding across the space.

Stage & podium: a 24 sqm stage (8m x 3.5m) finished in carpet with a plexiglass podium featuring integrated microphones.

    3. 03 · Audio & accessibility

PA coverage & Sign Language support

Audio setup: a digital console and a distributed layout with 8 speakers so speech stayed clear across the full depth of the hall.

Sign Language support: a dedicated workflow for the Greek Sign Language interpreter with in-ear monitoring for a stable audio reference and specialist Fresnel lighting.

    4. 04 · Broadcast & media lighting

      Multi-camera vMix production & media-ready lighting

Multi-camera production: four cameras with on-site direction and vMix handling both the live feed and the high-resolution recording.

Media lighting: Fresnel fixtures to render the media backdrop and stage cleanly, safeguarding picture quality for the broadcast crews.

Venue atmosphere: 32 LED pars and 8 LED bars added a discreet ambient layer to the room.

    5. 05 · Reliability

      Reliability & redundancy protocol

Site survey: an early venue walk-through to map cable runs and install points.

Rehearsal & cueing: a full show-flow run, LED content check and camera framing before doors.

Redundancy plan: backups for critical feeds and key hardware so any fault could be addressed instantly.

Onsite monitoring: continuous supervision by a dedicated CONEQ Hellas technical crew.
