Dual LED walls, a 7-metre stage and technical coordination with two organisers — how Prometeia's plenary was built in the Caryatides Room. In July 2026, Italy's Prometeia held its annual corporate meeting in Athens, bringing together executives and partners from across Europe. CONEQ Hellas delivered the technical production in partnership with Italian organiser PV Agency (Promoviaggi S.p.A.) and One Events. Venue: the Caryatides Room at Grand Hyatt Athens.

The challenge
The brief called for a symmetrical, imposing plenary inside a room with a strong architectural identity — high-resolution screens and atmospheric lighting, without diluting Prometeia's corporate look.
Two further requirements raised the bar: integrating the company's webapp into the plenary presentations, and coordinating speakers and sponsors across a two-day flow — with the organiser communicating from Italy.
Our approach
01 · 3D design
Before a single bolt went into the room, we produced photorealistic renders of the proposal. PV Agency could see from afar how the scenic design locked into the curves and architecture of the Caryatides Room and approved the layout before setup — zero surprises on install day.
02 · Scenery
A central 7×3m stage (0.40m high), flanked by two 1.9p LED walls measuring 5×3m each. Between them, 25 metres of black pipe & drape tied the screens into a single, clean backdrop spanning the full width of the room.
03 · Sound & video
Eight speaker columns either side of the stage for even coverage, comfort monitors in front of the stage for speakers, and a full technical control for show flow, vision mixing and the webapp — all from a single point of command.
04 · Lighting
Moving heads and wall washers on stage and in the Expo Area, with a colour palette tuned to the event's identity.
