A multi-stage production at Technopolis with three venues running in parallel and demanding requirements for visuals, sound and lighting. CONEQ Hellas delivered the full AV production and technical coordination — stability and predictable execution at every moment.

The challenge
The summit required tight coordination across three different venues with parallel programme tracks and rapid content changeovers.
The main stage also had to flip instantly from conference mode into a full networking party — a complete atmosphere change with no delays and no risk to the production flow.
Our approach
01 · Visuals
We designed and installed high-resolution (P2.5) LED walls with a central 8x3.5m screen that guaranteed razor-sharp readability for the presentations and delivered a commanding visual footprint on the main stage.
A second 5x3m install supported the additional programme tracks and content playout.
02 · Atmosphere
The main stage flipped straight into a networking-party setting via a tailored lighting design: moving-head fixtures, a 12W laser show and bespoke effects.
The result was a full atmosphere change without breaking the production flow.
03 · Sound
Each of the 3 stages had its own dedicated sound system so that keynotes stayed crystal-clear and 'speech-first', the party carried a full, dynamic mix, and no venue bled into another.
04 · Coordination
A 15-person CONEQ crew was on the floor for 4 days of setup & execution, handling presentation cueing and programme flow, live mixing for sound and lighting, and continuous QA with immediate troubleshooting wherever needed.
